JUBILEE FRIDAY'S AT THE SAN DIEGO TEMPLE:
There's a box on the counter of the receptionist's desk inside the temple that says "Jubilee Box" on it. Any family names that you print out onto cards can be placed in the box for temple patrons to do. Every other Friday, all of the names in the box are passed out for the several ordinances of the temple instead of the little slips that you usually get. If the box is quite full, then the temple will often pass out the family names on Saturday as well. However, the temple will only perform one ordinance per card per Jubilee day. So if you turn in a blank card, on the next Jubilee day the baptism/confirmation will be done but nothing else. You pick up the card and turn it back in for the next Jubilee day or you can do the next ordinance yourself. This has been a great way to help people who do extensive genealogy get all of their family ordinances done!
